Writing Portfolio

When I was small and bigger people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answers varied between “Punk”, “Waitress”, and “Writer” – I’ve tried all three. I’ve even combined all three. Being a Punk Waitress by day and Writer by night was pretty fun, I’ve gotta say. But the one thing that has brought me the most consistent joy and feeling of ease when I’m doing it, has been the writing.

I write for myself. I write for you. Let’s talk about what you’re trying to say, and I’ll find a way to say it for you.

Here are a few things I’ve written:

“Amanda is a joy to work with. She has the perfect balance of serious and fun, which shines through her writing. We were able to give her a loose idea of what we wanted written, and she exceeded our expectations. Amanda makes every word count, and knows how to draw the reader in.”
